ISLEFORTE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Isleforte website (www.isleforte.com) and your engagement with Isleforte's advisory and introductory services. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Isleforte does not itself provide legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or financial advice. Any information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

- Isleforte's Role and Services
Isleforte provides an initial point of contact for individuals and entities seeking guidance on Mauritius residency, real estate acquisition, relocation, company formation, and related matters. Isleforte's services include:
- Providing general information about opportunities available in Mauritius.
- Conducting initial consultations to understand a client's requirements, circumstances, and objectives.
- Assessing the suitability and viability of available Mauritius pathways for each client.
- Where appropriate, introducing clients to TBI Mauritius and, where real estate is relevant, to Oakbridge Mauritius.
Initial consultations with Isleforte are conducted from the United Kingdom by Isleforte's Relationship Manager, who is responsible for understanding the client's needs and determining the most appropriate course of action. Where a client's requirements are suited to the services offered by TBI Mauritius or Oakbridge Mauritius, an introduction will be made and the client's matter will be handled by the relevant team in Mauritius.
Isleforte does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, financial advice, or real estate brokerage services in its own right. All substantive professional services are delivered by TBI Mauritius and Oakbridge Mauritius under separate engagement.
- Initial Consultation
When you submit an enquiry through this website, whether by scheduling a call via Calendly, completing the contact form, or emailing us directly, you will be contacted by Isleforte's Relationship Manager to arrange an initial consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to understand your requirements and objectives and to assess whether and how Isleforte, TBI Mauritius, and Oakbridge Mauritius may be able to assist you.
The initial consultation does not constitute the provision of professional advice and does not give rise to a formal professional engagement. No duty of care in respect of legal, tax, immigration, or financial matters arises from the initial consultation.
Following the initial consultation, Isleforte may introduce you to TBI Mauritius or, where your requirements extend to real estate, to Oakbridge Mauritius. Any ongoing engagement for professional services will be governed by a separate agreement entered into directly between you and the relevant entity.
- No Guarantee of Outcome
Isleforte and TBI Mauritius make no representation or warranty that any residency permit, visa, licence, property acquisition, company registration, or other outcome will be achieved. All applications and approvals are subject to the relevant Mauritian government authorities, financial institutions, and other third parties. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, eligibility, documentation, and factors outside our control.
- Fees
Isleforte does not charge a fee for initial consultations. Any fees payable for professional services including residency applications, real estate transactions, business formation, or other services will be agreed directly between you and TBI Mauritius or Oakbridge Mauritius and will be set out in a separate engagement agreement.
