5.1 Consent
Where you submit an enquiry through this website, whether by scheduling a call via Calendly, completing the contact form, or emailing us directly, you are providing your consent to us processing your personal data for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and conducting an initial consultation. You are also consenting, where relevant, to your personal data being shared with TBI Mauritius and Oakbridge Mauritius as described in this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent. To withdraw your consent, please contact us using any of the contact methods described in section 2 above.
5.2 Legitimate Interests
We may also process your personal data where it is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. Our legitimate interests include operating and improving our website, maintaining records of consultations, and managing our business relationships. We will always consider and balance any potential impact on you before processing your data on this basis.
5.3 Legal Obligation
We may process your personal data where we are required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation.

- To maintain a record of communications and consultations.
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with the following parties:
7.1 TBI Mauritius
Where your enquiry and initial consultation indicate that TBI Mauritius's professional services are relevant to your needs, your personal data will be shared with TBI Mauritius to enable them to follow up with you and provide the appropriate services. TBI Mauritius is the principal professional services firm through which Isleforte's clients are served in Mauritius. By submitting an enquiry and engaging in an initial consultation with Isleforte, you consent to your personal data being shared with TBI Mauritius where relevant.

7.3 Service Providers
We use Calendly as our call scheduling platform. Calendly is embedded directly on this website and collects the personal data you provide when booking a call. Calendly acts as a data processor on our behalf and is required to process your data in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law. Calendly also processes data for its own purposes in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.
As a result of the Calendly integration, cookies are also set on this website by Cloudflare, which provides security and performance infrastructure to Calendly, and by Stripe, which Calendly uses for fraud prevention purposes. Neither Cloudflare nor Stripe processes payments on this website. Their cookies are set solely as a consequence of the Calendly widget loading on this page.
We may also use other third party service providers who assist us in operating this website and managing communications. These service providers act as data processors on our behalf and are required to process your data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law.
7.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal data where required to do so by law, by a court order, or by a regulatory or government authority.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- International Transfers of Personal Data
Isleforte operates with a Relationship Manager based in the United Kingdom, and works with TBI Mauritius and Oakbridge Mauritius, both based in Mauritius. When you submit an enquiry or engage in a consultation, your personal data will be transferred between the United Kingdom and Mauritius in the ordinary course of our operations.
The United Kingdom has not designated Mauritius as a country providing an adequate level of data protection for the purposes of UK GDPR. Similarly, the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision in respect of Mauritius for the purposes of EU GDPR. Where your personal data is transferred from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area to Mauritius, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including relying on standard contractual clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms where required.
If you would like more information about the safeguards we have in place for international transfers, please contact us using any of the contact methods described in section 2 above.
- Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
Where your enquiry does not result in an ongoing engagement following the initial consultation, we will retain your personal data for a period of no longer than three years from the date of your initial consultation, unless a longer period is required by law.
Where your matter is referred to TBI Mauritius or Oakbridge Mauritius, those entities' own data retention policies will apply to the personal data they hold.
- Your Rights
Under GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using any of the contact methods described in section 2 above. We will respond to your request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt, in accordance with GDPR requirements. Where a request is complex or there are a high number of requests, we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will inform you.
You will not have to pay a fee to exercise any of these rights in most circumstances. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on your request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
